Summer Therapy Groups

We are excited to offer a few new groups this summer and hope that your child may benefit from one. We will be offering play therapy based social skills group for the youngest kiddos, utilizing the natural mode of therapy for children (play!). These groups will target appropriate initiation and engagement with peers, sharing, reciprocity, and cooperation in play.

We will also be offering our anxiety group this summer, this time targeted for girls entering 3rd through 5th grade and in upper elementary school. This group will focus on developing coping skills to manage anxiety and decrease feelings of worry.

Our newest groups will be the teenage perfectionism group and the additional play-based group specialized for clients with impulsivity, rigidity, and struggles in social relationships due to a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism Spectrum.

The teen group will focus on skills and perception shifts to target teens struggling with a high need for perfectionism and fear of keeping up in our competitive world.
